Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway

Bed was great and the room was well-appointed. The location was amazing, between First hill in Capitol Hill! Popped in Optimism Brewing Company for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Its excellent, central location was a plus.

It was in a central setting in a neighborhood with lots to do;))

I didn't want to leave, had an excellent experience and would stay again and again. No words to describe how I liked staff and rooms.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Seattle, had much fun. I liked the room, the bed was comfy. Variety of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a good stay.

The room met my expectations and was quite peaceful. The city view from the window was a lovely touch.

The amenities were lacking in comparison to other hotels.

Off-street parking, convenient shuttle, clean rooms, pillows!

The advertised price was misleading. Neither internet nor parking were included in that price. I don't understand why other, equally nice, but less "stylish" hotels include these items in their price but Silver Cloud and other higher end hotels don'T. Also, the fridge didn't work and there was no microwave.

The room was clean and organized upon arrival.

The shower pressure was quite low, making it uncomfortable to use.

Very clean Great staff -excellent but not in your face So nice to have the shuttle service. Would not have stayed in that location without it. Would be nice if names were taken and then given to the driver. Had to leave the baseball game early to be at the pickup spot then didn't get on the bus because too many people showed up. The bus did come back later for more pickups but we could have finished watching the game.

Great location - Capital District is a really interesting place to stay.

We stayed one extra night (that we arranged through the hotel) - we were quite surprised by the cost ($200) for the extra one night.

Solo traveler looking for comfort

I had a long flight and was totally knackered when I got here, but they really made it easy for me. And the staff sent me welcome treats to my room, nice touch after such a drain, was like I mattered.

It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
